All Registration Fees are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. After January 31, all registrations payments will be received on-site only.

•  Admittance to all Plenaries, Panels and Open Seminars Wednesday through Saturday

•  Wednesday Registration Check-in Refreshments

•  Registered attendee gift, while supplies last

•  New Attendee Breakfast, if applicable

•  President’s Reception

•  All Regions Ice Cream Social

•  Access to the Employment Exchange

•  Entrance to the ACJS Exhibit Hall Wednesday through Friday

•  Coffee Service during Exhibit Hall hours

•  Student Luncheon on Thursday for registered students, based on space availability

•  ACJS Academy Awards Luncheon, based on space availability

• Admittance to the Research Pictorial Showcase and Reception

Statement of Expectations of Meeting Participants

ALL ATTENDEES MUST PAY A REGISTRATION FEE. The Annual Meeting registration deadline is Friday, January 31, 2020. After January 31, all registrations payments will be received on-site only. If you choose the bill me option at checkout, payment must be received by the deadline of January 31, 2020 to be considered registered for the meeting.

Make plans to register as soon as possible and save.  Don’t wait until the deadline!  Registering for the Annual Meeting is simple and quick.  Click here to register. 

Your active participation in making sure your registration is complete on or before the deadline and prior to your arrival in San Antonio will also help avoid delays or strenuous, lengthy lines onsite.

MEMBER REGISTRANTS
The Member registration rate is only available to current members of ACJS. This includes Regular, Retired, Institutional, and Student members of ACJS. Please log into your member profile to complete your registration. If your membership is not current, the system will prompt you to renew. If you have difficulty logging into your profile, contact the National Office at manager@acjs.org.

NOT A MEMBER OF ACJS?

  You can SAVE on your registration fee by joining before registering. For some, the difference is equivalent to a full year of membership; and by joining, you reap all the member benefits. Don't waste this opportunity. Get a significant price break by becoming a ACJS member BEFORE you register!

GRADUATE STUDENTS
Graduate students may be entitled to a one-time, one free year of membership after completing your registration as a non-member student. To obtain this benefit, please email manager@acjs.org with proof of your graduate status. If eligible, a promotional code will be provided to you.
