2020 Annual Meeting Cancellation Refund Options

 In lieu of the ACJS Annual Meeting cancellation, paid pre-registered attendees of the ACJS 57th Annual Meeting (San Antonio, TX) can select any one of the three options available:

1) Full refund;
2) Credit towards the 2021 annual meeting registration, or;
3) Donate the registration fee to the Academy (to assist the Academy with meeting expenses already incurred)

PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL THE NATIONAL OFFICE YOUR RESPONSE. In accordance with the Stay-At-Home executive order by the Maryland State Governor, the National Office is closed. While our small staff works remotely to continue the business of the Academy, we have limited capacity and cannot receive a high volume of emails at this time.

To make your selection,
please use the following link to register your preference - https://www.acjs.org/event/cancellationoptions. If you know your username and password information, member sign-in is available, BUT it is not required. Members and non-member attendees can hit the “Continue as Guest” button to complete the form.

Please note: Annual Meeting registration fees cannot be applied as payment for Membership Dues, so that option is not available as a selection.

The deadline to make your selection by using the option link (https://www.acjs.org/event/cancellationoptions) is Friday, May 15, 2020. With a small staff and statewide restrictions, we cannot give a specific date when you will receive your refund; however, the sooner you submit your refund preference, the sooner we can begin to que and process your request.

If a selection is not submitted through the provided link by May 15, we will consider your non-response an indication that you wish to donate your registration fee to the Academy to help offset some of the expenses incurred from the meeting cancellation. Thank you to those who have already expressed a desire to do so!
