CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS/ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The 2021 Program Committee led by the ACJS President Cassia Spohn invites you to submit an abstract for review and consideration, if you are interested in presenting during the Annual Meeting in Orlando, FL.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The abstract submission system can be accessed through the link provided below.

**Everyone must create a NEW Username and Password for 2021, even if you have submitted an abstract in past years.

NOTE: Your registration within the submission system DOES NOT register you for the annual meeting. Registration for the meeting is independent and applicable registration fees apply.

Submission Deadline preferred:  September 30, 2020

Final Deadline: October 12, 2020

A few notes regarding the submission system:

 

1. Session organizers will not appear in the program. If the session organizer is also a moderator/discussant/or presenter, please be sure to add that person to the list of participants.

2. Be very careful when entering your abstract title, name, institution, and contact information.
What you enter will be used to create the program of events. Do not use all caps and be sure to put a period after your middle initial, if entered. Finally, fully spell out your institutional affiliation.

 

Further instructions are on the actual submission site.  Please be sure to read carefully to ensure that your submission is properly put into the abstract system.

PLEASE NOTE:  LCD projectors will be available in the meeting rooms.  No wifi, computers, or other audio/visual equipment will be provided.  If you require an HDMI connection to the LCD projector, please bring a cable with you or contact our audio-visual provider prior to your session and request that one be provided to you.  The audio-visual contact number will be posted in the meeting mobile app.  Additional audio-visual equipment is the responsibility of the presenter.  Individuals wanting additional equipment must either bring equipment to the conference or make the necessary rental arrangements through the ACJS audio-visual provider.  Please contact the Association Manager for rental information – manager@acjs.org. 

 

Presenters are expected to wear professional attire for their panel presentations.
