2020 Draft ACJS Annual Meeting Program


The 2020 Draft Annual Meeting Program is now available for review by clicking here. Please review the program for your presentation date and time. Also available is a listing of presenters by event number and a presenter directory with contact information.

To search the program:
1. Click the Search icon at the top of the page or press Control-F.
2. In the Find box, enter the text that you wish to search for.
3. Click Enter to search the document.

This is a large PDF file. Please allow time for the document to fully download before beginning your search.

Any corrections or changes to the Draft Annual Meeting Program must be received by January 6, 2020. Any changes received after that date will NOT appear in the Final Program posted online in mid-February. An Amended Program will be posted online the week before the Annual Meeting with all changes received as of that posting date.

THE DRAFT PROGRAM WILL NOT BE UPDATED TO REFLECT EACH CHANGE SUBMITTED. REQUESTED CHANGES WILL BE INCORPORATED INTO THE FINAL PROGRAM ONLINE IN FEBRUARY.

If you have a conflict or need to move a paper presentation for any reason, please follow these instructions:


First, locate another panel that would fit your paper presentation topic and contact the new panel chair to obtain permission for the move. Emails can be found in the Presenter Contact Information PDF, linked above.

When permission is received for the move, notify Cathy Barth, cbarth@acjs.org, with the move details. Please member that a panel ideally should have a minimum of three (3) papers if at all possible, and should not have more than five (5) papers due to time constraints.

If you need to withdraw your presentation, please send an email to Cathy Barth, cbarth@acjs.org, and to your event chair/moderator (for contact information, search the Presenter Contact Information PDF, linked above).

THERE WILL BE NO PRINTED PROGRAMS FOR THE 2020 ANNUAL MEETING. If you wish to have a hard copy of the program, the program files posted online can be downloaded and printed. The ACJS Mobile App will be the most up-to-date reference for all meeting information.

PLEASE NOTE: LCD projectors will be available in the meeting rooms. No wifi, computers, or other audio/visual equipment will be provided. If you require an HDMI connection to the LCD projector, please bring a cable with you or contact our audio-visual provider prior to your session and request that one be provided to you. The audio-visual contact number will be posted in the meeting mobile app. Additional audio-visual equipment is the responsibility of the presenter. Individuals wanting additional equipment must either bring equipment to the conference or make the necessary rental arrangements through the ACJS audio-visual provider.
