Student Volunteers Wanted
The ACJS Employment Exchange (EE) is seeking four (4) undergraduate or graduate students to assist EE Program during 2026 ACJS Annual Meeting. In general, the EE services both hiring institution representatives and job applicants by providing up-to-date information from both sides and accommodation for on-site interviews. Student volunteers will need to follow the directives set by the EE Program Committee and serve at least two shifts (two hours per shift) during the EE Program. This has not only provided valuable networking opportunities, but also has familiarized the student volunteers with the practices and culture in the job market. The ACJS Board has authorized waiving the ACJS annual meeting registration fee as a way of expressing its appreciation to the volunteer students selected to work in the EE.
Students interested in this opportunity must send 1) a letter of interest (limited to two pages) and 2) contact information to the EE Program Chair listed below.
