Online Program Search
By using the "Search/Filter" feature, there are several ways you can search the Annual Meeting program to find panel presentations, posters, workshops, and roundtables:
1. Keyword,
2. Session Code,
3. Speaker, and
4. Program Topic Track.
PRESENTERS: Please review the program for your presentation date and time. Also available is a Presenter Directory with Email Contact Information, should you need to contact your panel chair or fellow presenters.
Any corrections or changes to the Preliminary Annual Meeting Program should be emailed to the program co-chairs at 2026acjsprogram@gmail.com and must be received on or before January 12, 2026. **PLEASE ACT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.** Changes received after that date will NOT appear in the Final Program posted online in mid-February. An amended Final Program will be posted online a few weeks before the Annual Meeting, with all changes received as of that posting date.
THE DRAFT PROGRAM WILL NOT BE UPDATED TO REFLECT EACH CHANGE SUBMITTED. REQUESTED CHANGES WILL BE INCORPORATED INTO THE FINAL PROGRAM ONLINE IN FEBRUARY AND VIA THE MOBILE APP.
IMPORTANT: If you have a conflict and need to move a paper presentation, please follow these instructions:
First, locate another panel that would fit your paper presentation topic and contact the new panel chair to obtain permission for the move. Emails can be found in the Presenter Directory with Email Contact Information PDF, linked above.
When permission is received for the move, notify the program co-chairs at 2026acjsprogram@gmail.com with the move details and carbon copy (cc) the panel chair. Please remember that a panel ideally should be less than five (5) papers, due to time constraints.
If you need to withdraw your presentation, please send an email to Debra Grandy at dgrandy@acjs.org, AND your panel chair/moderator (for contact information, search the Presenter Contact Information PDF, linked above).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Acceptance of your abstract to present does not register you for the ACJS Annual Meeting. Everyone must independently register for the ACJS 63rd Annual Meeting and make their own hotel arrangements.
For registration details, click here and for hotel information, go to https://www.acjs.org/hotel-information/.
