The following hotel group rates are offered from March 8, 2009 to March 15, 2009.  There are a limited number of concierge level rooms also available.  The group rate will be available only until February 16, 2009, subject to available space in the ACJS room block.   Room rates quoted below do not include 12.45% applicable taxes.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservation requests will require a deposit equal to one night and applicable taxes at the room level of reservation.  Deposits will only be refunded if the reservation is cancelled before the room block cut-off date of February 16, 2009.  If a reservation is cancelled after the cut-off ate, the one night deposit will not be refunded without prior request and approval of the ACJS Executive Director or ACJS Manager.
