ACJS Annual Meeting:
LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE?

The 2014 ACJS Annual Meeting will be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, February 18-22, at the Marriott Philadephia Downtown.  It is important that attendees stay at the host hotel for a number of reasons, the most important of which is that host hotels provide complimentary meeting room space to ACJS if our attendees use a specified number of guest rooms.  In turn, ACJS can keep registration fees low.  Also, staying at the host hotel increases networking and social gathering opportunities.  To see a more detailed explanation of the importance of staying at our host hotel, click here.

Given the importance of staying at the Marriott Philadephia Downtown, it is understandable that some attendees would like to share costs with a roommate.  To facilitate this process, ACJS has created a Roommate Message Board for attendees to post inquiries.  The Message Board can be found at:  http://www.acjs.org/forums.  We have also posted detailed instructions on how to login, create an inquiry, and subscribe to the boards to receive email alerts when a reply is posted to your thread.  The link to the instructions can be found on the Message Board page.
