The 2017 DRAFT ACJS Annual Meeting Program is now available for review by clicking here. Please review the program for your presentation date and time. The file contains the program, a participant directory by event number, and a participant directory with email contacts.
To search the program:
1. Click Find in the Edit drop-down menu or by pressing Control-F.
2. In the Find on page box, enter the test that you want to search for.
3. Click Enter to search the document.
This is a large PDF file. Please allow time to download before beginning your search.
If you find that you have a conflict and need to move a paper presentation, you must first locate another panel to move your paper to, contact the new panel chair to obtain permission for the move, and then notify the ACJS Association Manager (firstname.lastname@example.org) of the change details. Please remember that a panel ideally should have a minimum of three papers if at all possible, and should not have more than five.
Changes to the draft program must be received by December 31, 2016. After that date, any additional changes will be noted in the final program document which will be posted online the week before the Annual Meeting. Changes submitted to the draft program will only be noted in the final program document posted in 2017. This draft program will not be updated to reflect each edit submitted.
PLEASE NOTE: LCD projections will be available in the meeting rooms. No overhead projectors or computers will be provided. If you require an HDMI connection to the LCD projector, please bring a cable with you or contact our audio-visual provider prior to your session and request that one be provided for you. The audio-visual contact number will be posted in the meeting mobile app. Additional audio-visual equipment is the responsibility of the presenter. Individuals wanting additional equipment must either bring equipment to the conference or make the necessary rental arrangements through the ACJS audio-visual provider. Please contact the Association Manager for rental information – email@example.com.
