ACJS 55th Annual Meeting
“So What?  Understanding What It All Means”
February 13-17, 2018
Hilton New Orleans Riverside
New Orleans, LA

IMPORTANT:  PLEASE NOTE:  Due to Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday) being on February 13, 2018, ACJS has changed its Annual Meeting schedule ONLY FOR 2018.  For 2018, limited workshops and ACJS meetings will be held on Tuesday, 2/13, and Wednesday, 2/14.  All panels/roundtables will begin on Thursday, 2/15, and continue through Saturday, 2/17.  There will be no panel/roundtable presentations on Wednesday, 2/14.  When the schedule is posted in early November, be sure to check your presentation times carefully.

Also, due to the Mardi Gras time of year, travel into New Orleans will be a challenge on the weekend before Mardi Gras, Monday, 2/12, and Tuesday, 2/13.  Please take this into consideration when booking your flights.  It is recommended that you book your hotel room as soon as possible as our room block will definitely sell out.  An overflow hotel has been obtained and the reservation link will be posted online once the Hilton New Orleans Riverside room block is full.

PLEASE PRE-REGISTER.  Given the change in schedule, onsite registration cannot begin until Thursday, 2/15.  You will save time and money by pre-registering.  Pre-Registration will be open until December 15, 2017.  Plan accordingly so that your payment reaches the National Office by that date if you pay by check.

Information will continue to be posted on this page to assist you in your travels to and from NOLA.

Finally, there will be NO PRINTED PROGRAMS available for the 2018 Annual Meeting.  Information will be posted here and sent in emails to encourage you to print out the program from this page early next year and to download the ACJS Mobile App.
