EXHIBITING BENEFITS

 

Exhibiting at the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences’ Annual Meeting is a unique opportunity to contact approximately 2,000 educators, researchers, practitioners, and students shaping the criminal justice field.  The Academy is making every effort to provide exhibitors with comfortable, highly visible accommodations and an outstanding opportunity to promote their materials, services, and opportunities.  Booth fee includes an 8’ x 10’ booth with a sign identifying your company, one 6’ draped table, and two chairs.  Date of receipt of the reservation determines space assignment.

SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS

 

Sponsoring the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences’ Annual Meeting is an exceptional way of promoting, prominently displaying, and acknowledging your name, services, and products throughout the Annual Meeting.  Your sponsorship of the Research Showcase will draw conference attendees to your attention.  Sponsorship of the Exhibit Hall Coffee Bar and Student Luncheon will also promote your organization.  ACJS totebag sponsorship will enable you to distinctly present your logo on one side of the conference totebag.  More than one logo may appear on the totebags unless you request and pay for the exclusive logo.  The bags will be visible throughout the entire Annual Meeting and long after it has ended.

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES:  Mobile App

 

There will be no hard copy 2018 Program Book given to attendees.  Advertising in the Annual Meeting Mobile App will reach approximately 2,000 educators, researchers, practitioners, and students immediately and continue to be viewed long after the meeting has ended as participants review the app and contact colleagues for papers they presented.  The Mobile App contains the Annual Meeting schedule of events, announcements, and participant directory.  Your ad can be used to invite participants to your booth and will enable you to communicate with educators from other disciplines including political science, sociology, public administration, anthropology, and psychology.
